Meet the Team

Alan Cousins

Alan Cousins heads your client service team. He would be responsible for ensuring that all your demands are satisfied and would co-ordinate all the services you need.

He has gained a vast amount of experience since graduating from university in 1985 and has worked for 3 of the regions progressive chartered accountancy firms until leaving to set up his own successful practice in 1994.

Alan is 47 years old and has enormous experience in overseeing audits, and corporate tax affairs with a focus on building a close working relationship with his clients.

Stuart Harrington

Stuart Harrington has 9 years experience working for three accounting practices in the area, and worked for this firm for 4 years. He now has only 2 subjects to pass, hopefully in May 2012 when he will be a fully qualified Chartered Certified Accountant.

Stuart has gained a vast amount of experience in the past 4 years with in the firm in all aspects of tax and accounts and is particularly keen to see clients grow and develop their business using computerised sage systems.

Louise Anderson

Louise Anderson after deciding that debt from university was not for her Louise decided to undertake initial training under the Association of Accounting Technicians. Having successfully passed all her exams at the first attempt she is now a qualified Accounting Technician. Following on to this Louise will then commence training as a Chartered Accountant.

Tammy Rasmussen

Tammy Rasmussen is the practice manager and a qualified administrator; she deals with our credit control and payroll. Tammy has been with the practice for 12 years and has an excellent knowledge of the clients and payroll. Added to this, she is tasked with the role of ensuring clients receive the highest level of service.

Louise Easby

Louise Easby is a recent graduate in Mathematics from Newcastle University. She is currently undertaking her Association of Tax Technician exams with eventual aim of becoming a Chartered Tax Adviser.

Louise has passed her association of tax technician exams on her first attempt over the past two years and has now started her studies to become a Chartered Tax Advisor.

Michael McGinley

Michael has worked for us since September 2010. He has successfully passed his initial accountant technicians exams and hopes to complete his studies next year.

Rob Longstaff

Rob has worked for us since September 2010. He has successfully passed his initial accountant technicians exams and hopes to complete his studies next year.

Amy Collitor

Amy has just started to work for us as a trainee accountant studying towards her accountancy qualifications.

Other staff

We also have two additional staff who are responsible for preparing accounts by the most efficient methods to ensure our fees are kept to a minimum.
